Elizabeth Davitt’s jewellery is due to launch in September 2013 under the business name ‘Miz Liz’.
One of her areas of focus will be ‘Bridal Jewellery’, from simple elegance to the bold and daring. A passion for organic shapes, forms and nature with a contemporary twist is clear to see throughout her work and she tries to ‘capture the imagination’ with eye catching statement pieces.
Her previous study history includes: 1 Year ‘GNVQ Foundation in Art, Design & Media’ (Grade: Distinction, Awarded Student of the Year), 1 Year ‘1st Diploma in Art & Design’ (Grade: Distinction *) and 2 Years ‘National Diploma in Art & Design’ (Triple Grade Distinction). She will be graduating from UCA Farnham with BA (Hons) 3D Design in July 2013.
Elizabeth’s Award Winning ‘Floral Neckpiece’, made entirely out of pewter and enamels, was Commended as being ‘innovative’ at The Worshipful Company of Pewterers- Pewter Live 2012.
Elizabeth is currently based out of ‘Kings Goldsmiths’ in Twyford, Berkshire where she brings a ‘young’ and ‘fresh’ approach to classical jewellery design.
Elizabeth, under the name of ‘Miz Liz’ will also make commission pieces to your requirements all discussed via appointment.
